D.C. Smog
While the satellite and lidar showed it was clear, visibility was poor this morning in DC due to fog and haze. The Capitol building, about 4 miles from Arlington where this photo is taken, is almost completely obscured (for reference, the Washington Monument is about 2.5 miles.)
