NOAA's Operational Significant Event Imagery (OSEI) team produced some enhanced images of the dust storm using various channels of the NOAA-16 satellite, including an enhanced RGB image and an image produced through channel subtraction, a technique that works well for bright silicate particles like sand and dust.
