Jill's entry from two days ago shows smoke in Montana and a relatively clear patch in southern Washington with what looks to be smoke underneath. I tried checking to see if there are fires in southern Washington, but it doesn't look like it. Is this smoke coming from further away?
Check TOMS and MODIS images over the Pacific. If Allen Chu is reading the blog, since INTEX B is on and it is on the Pacific phase, is there something happening in Asia?
