Later the same night, er, day

It is now 05:30 EDT (09:30 UTC) and the boundary layer last night was extremely stable at about 800m with a residual layer at over 2km. While there were some variations in the aerosol, there clearly wasn't the wavebreaking we saw in last year's LLJ case.

I haven't seen the met data from the wind profiler, but if I had to hazard a guess, we didn't get a LLJ last night.
