Clear day with low clouds
It is still clear today. There are low clouds at ~2.5km all day with some high clouds occasionally. The cloud capped boundary layer goes to around 2km. The aerosol optical depth is around 0.15 from AERONET, MD science center. There is no data about the hourly PM 2.5 concentrations at Maryland's Department of the Environment Oldtown site in Baltimore during ELF's operation yet. We just changed the flash lamp, still have not got chance to calculate system constant yet. We will do it when it is clear.
