Very poor AQ in Baltimore

As mentioned in this morning's post, it is very hazy in Baltimore MD (see the hazecam website). With the hot temperatures, the ozone is "moderate" to "unhealthy for sensitive groups" in the East. The ozone AQI in Baltimore is 187 which is considered "unhealthy".

The air quality remains "moderate" in the Midwest, the East and the fare West (EPA AirNow).

Fires are still burning in the west (HMS). The smoke is visible on the IDEA website. The AOD of the smoke plume is around ~0.5. The AOD is also elevated in the Virginia and North Carolina.
