Clear day

It becomes clear, especially afternoon time, after yesterday’s milky, cloudy sky. The boundary layer rises from 1km in the morning to 2km in the afternoon, with some occasional low clouds at around 19:00(UTC). There are aloft layers at ~1.5km and 2.4km, which are from the northeast of UMBC from HYSPLIT. There is still no hourly PM 2.5 concentrations from Maryland's Department of the Environment oldtown site in Baltimore during ELF's operation yet. The aerosol optical depth is around 0.7 in the morning time, the decreases to around 0.5 in the afternoon from AERONET, MD science center.
