Smoke and clouds
The weather today was kind of complicated with clouds and smoke both present. There were high clouds at around 11km from ~16:50(UTC) to ~21:00(UTC), and there were scattered low clouds at ~3km in the afternoon. We can also see the smoke layer still here at ~5km and ~4km. The aerosol optical depth was around 0.7 (source: AERONET, GSFC). Hourly PM 2.5 concentrations, from Maryland's Department of the Environment (MDE) Oldtown site in Baltimore, were in the range of 11.6 to 26.5 ug/m3.
