Clear day
It was pretty clear with no clouds today. The extinction plot showed the rising of the boundary layer from ~0.5km at 14:00(UTC) to ~1.2km in the afternoon, and the merging of the residue layer, which is at ~2km, to the boundary layer in the late afternoon. The hourly PM 2.5 concentrations in the range of 13.1 to 21.1 ug/m3 were recorded at Maryland's Department of the Environment Oldtown site in Baltimore during ELF's operation. The aerosol optical depth was ~0.2 in the afternoon from AERONET site, MD science center.
