Still hazy, but got better
It was still hazy today with some high clouds at ~12km at ~18:00 (UTC) and ~10km at ~22:00 (UTC), also with scattered low clouds in the afternoon. The hourly PM 2.5 concentrations in the range of 5.2 to 25.2 ug/m3, decreasing from yesterday, were recorded at the Oldtown site during ELF’s operation,. The aerosol optical depth was ~0.4 from the AERONET site, MD Science Center.
