Good PM2.5 Levels in Baltimore

As discussed by Erica's on her latest post, the good PM2.5 air quality index levels were experienced in the eastern US. Here in Baltimore concentrations ranged from 9-14 ug/m3, during the lidar operation. The boundary layer rose up to 1.4 km, with a clouds advecting, at heights of 10 km, after 16:00 UTC (not shown). As it has been the case for the past two lidar posts, there has been less particles to scatter near the surface because of the clean airmass over Baltimore.
