Moderate PM2.5 AQI Levels in Baltimore

A homogeneous boundary layer was observed today, reaching up to 1.1 km. PM2.5 concentrations between 14-25 ug/m3 were recorded at the Oldtown monitoring station in Baltimore. These Moderate PM2.5 AQI levels were reached because of the warming trend that began today and will continue tomorrow. Limited mixing and increasing humidity (swells aerosols) leads into a rise in PM2.5 concentrations
