Good air quality across the majority of the nation

Not much to talk about today as outside of two stations east of the San Joaquin Valley in California, it is all "green" or good air quality in the country.

In Italy, however, things are not so good. On the left is the MODIS Terra RGB from RapidFire showing haze jammed up all along the southern edges of the Alps and on the right, the AERONET data from the JRC ISPRA station is showing optical depths in excess of 1.5 during the middle of the day today.
