Clean air over Baltimore
Clear skies (clean air aloft) prevailed during our observations as overnight strong winds prevented surface inversion from forming. PM2.5 concentrations ranged from 3-13 ug/m3 at the Oldtown monitoring station in downtown Baltimore.
