ELF Digs Out of Snow

The cold and dry day that we experienced over Baltimore led to good air quality. The boundary layer extended up to 2 km and was homogeneous during our observations. Warm air aloft will arrive tomorrow and a strong inversion might develop leading to a wintertime pollution event as the one experienced on February 7.
