Still "green" across the US

The AIRNOW midday Particles Now site is showing all green except in LA and a couple of isolated spots across the country. The image on the right shows that LA and San Diego were showing afternoon stratus near the coast so it looks pretty stagnant.

The NOAA Forecast guidance is showing that by tomorrow afternoon a significant ozone plume will be moving west from the Tampa Bay region into the gulf.
