Moderate AQI and ozone levels in parts of South and Midwest

Today West US enjoyed good air quality throughout the day while the Midwest around the Great Lakes and parts of South and Northeast experienced moderate air quality and also moderate ozone levels in the afternoon (top images).
HMS team reported a long path of smoke all the way from Oregon to Alaska due to fires in Yukon and British Columbia.Due to cloudy conditions in the northern part of the continent the observation of such smoke was not possible (bottom images).
