Good air quality conditions over the Nation; Smoke over California, Oregon, and Mississippi River Valley
Today the National Interagency Fire Center reported fires in California, Idaho, Oregon and Wyoming. Thin smoke due to these fires is observed over the mentioned states (top left). In addition, smoke coming from Canada fires is covering the North Central US and Upper Mississippi River Valley (top right).
As the previous days, air quality continue presenting good conditions across great part of the nation(bottom left). Moderate ozone levels were read in South Dakota as well as in California were ozone levels reached from "good" to "moderate for sensitive groups" (bottom right).
