Homogenous Planetary Boundary Layer Over Baltimore

The planetary boundary layer (PBL) was again homogenous over Baltimore for much of the day. The PBL can be observed rising in the morning with a residual layer of aerosols above it. A large concentration of aerosols within the PBL can be seen as the rise starts just before 15:00 UTC to just before 18:00 UTC where the aersol concentration starts to decrease.
