Good Air Quality conditions over the Country

Today the Nation enjoys good air quality conditions as shown in the image by Today MODIS Terra true color and Air Quality Index from Air Now (top).

PM2.5, as well as Ozone levels reached only from Good to Moderate in some states while in the rest of the Nation Green Code (Good) levels were read (bottom left). MODIS TERRA AOD read low AOD levels over the Nation (bottom right). NOAA's Hazard Mapping System (HMS) reported a narrow area of thin smoke across the western Great Lakes from Michigan to the northwest into western Ontario.
