EPA with its regional air quality partnership have forecasted clean conditions (code green) for tomorrow in Philadelphia/Wilmington area. What makes this code green so special? According to them, with exception of September 18 when Philadelphia reached moderate levels of PM's, good conditions are prevailing since August 27 which makes up for the longest streak of good air quality since their daily forecasts started in October 2003. Breathe easy!
