Air quality was not a problem in terms of PM2.5 levels today. Ozone, on the other hand, reached moderate levels in Southern California, Utah, Arizona and also Texas (top, left).
Other than that, today was a quiet day. Cloud coverage was an issue in both East and West Coast, therefore, not many true color satellite images were available (top, right). HMS analysis does not show any significant event of fire and/or smoke. And in the East we can see the clouds from the low-pressure system that brought some unexpected snow today.
