SPECIAL FEATURE: NOAA Announces Termination of their Air Quality Forecasting

I received an email today from Ivanka Stajner of NOAA announcing that NOAA proposes to terminate their air quality forecasting for ozone and PM2.5. Here is the official link to the Notice.

I encourage you to pay attention to this notice and inform NOAA and other decisionmakers about the impact of this choice NOAA has made. If you are interested in adding your name to a community letter of concern, please contact me at the email address on the right panel of the blog.

Wrong decision.

Go back and try again. You will provide information as required by your charter.
